The team
Anastasia PITCHOUGUINA
Maître Anastasia PITCHOUGUINA has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007. She began her career at the law firm of Me Francis SZPINER, before joining the international firm WHITE & CASE, where she developed recognized expertise in corporate criminal law, economic litigation and regulatory compliance.
The firm operates in French, English and Russian.
With over seventeen years of experience in leading structures – Anglo-Saxon firms and specialized boutiques – she founded SOLARIS AVOCATS to offer her clients tailored defense, combining technical expertise and legal rigor, strategy and commitment. Thanks to a comprehensive vision of the law, a cross-perspective on both civil and criminal issues, and a bold strategic approach, she handles sensitive and complex cases, often with a strong international dimension, and places her expertise at the service of her clients with determination and precision.
She pleads and advises in French, English and Russian, and supports a cosmopolitan clientele: executives, companies, and individuals facing major legal challenges. She possesses an in-depth mastery of international legal instruments, particularly in matters of extradition, European arrest warrants, and cross-border proceedings.
Maître Anastasia PITCHOUGUINA has taught at the Law School of Sciences Po Paris as well as at the École du Centre Ouest des Avocats.
Anastasia PITCHOUGUINA holds a DEA in Private International Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a Master’s degree in Law and International Management from HEC Paris. She also graduated with a Master’s in Private Law from the University of Saint Petersburg. She was admitted to the Bar in 2007.

Cyril FERGON
A member of the Paris Bar since 1997, Cyril FERGON was a partner at FARTHOUAT, ASSELINEAU & ASSOCIES before founding the firm ARCO-LEGAL. He specializes primarily in public business law, administrative litigation and public criminal law. He has been contributing to the development of SOLARIS AVOCATS since 2023 and provides his expertise in cases involving complex administrative issues.
Tristan SOULARD
A member of the Martinique and Paris Bars since 2014, Tristan Soulard devotes his practice to criminal law in all its dimensions (general, corporate and financial, tax and employment), including cases with an international dimension.
He has also developed in-depth expertise in complex employment law matters and in handling collective litigation. He pleads in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana, as well as before criminal and civil courts in mainland France.
Elsa MICHALOUD
Maître Elsa MICHALOUD has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020. A graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she also taught tutorial classes in the law of obligations and contracts, as well as in special contracts law.
She practices in business and estate litigation, serving a diverse clientele composed of companies (very small businesses, SMEs, startups), merchants and individuals. Her background enables her to adopt a cross-cutting approach to legal issues: she anticipates risks and procedural challenges from the risk prevention phase, and effectively defends clients’ interests when litigation arises.
She also assists the firm’s clients in drafting and securing their contractual commitments: general terms and conditions, commercial contracts, leases, agreements, etc.
Furthermore, Elsa MICHALOUD practices in family law (divorce, separation, succession, parental authority) and criminal family law, providing attentive listening and rigorous handling of sensitive personal situations.
Responsive, committed and attentive, she offers personalized legal support, tailored to the legal and human stakes of each case.
Blandine DURIEU
Blandine DURIEU is a legal counsel at SOLARIS AVOCATS, where she works on complex cases in corporate criminal law, compliance, economic litigation and international judicial cooperation.
A graduate with a Master 2 in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance (University of Paris Nanterre) and a Master 2 in International Business Law (University of Paris Descartes), she also completed a DU LLM in International Law, thus consolidating a solid legal and international education.
Alongside her studies, she gained significant experience in law firms specializing in employment law, international business law, litigation and criminal law, developing a rigorous and cross-disciplinary legal approach.
A doctoral candidate at the Center for Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Paris Nanterre, she devotes her research to the right to silence in criminal proceedings, under the supervision of Professor Yvonne Muller.
Committed, organized and excellence-oriented, Blandine places her skills at the service of the firm’s clients with rigor and precision.
